Ework Group is a market leading, independent consultant supplier in Northern Europe with focus on IT, telecom, technology and business development. Zmash helped Ework recruit for an internal position and have brought in 108 candidates where the ZmashBot technology pre-screened 39 as top candidates for the position. All qualified candidates had intermediate or expert skills in one or two of the areas needed by Ework. In addition, Zmash enabled Ework to identify what company values their qualified candidates are interested in as well as what personal qualities they hold.
